The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is an organization whose purpose is to recognize students who excel in academics (scholarship) as well as leadership, citizenship, service, and character. As a member you will be able to make an impact, not just for yourself, but for your community and for the world.
Service Requirements
Service is considered to be those actions that are done with or on behalf of others without any direct financial or material compensation. All members must complete at least 50 hours before the first of May. A member is allowed to earn up to 15 hours over the summer. Students are encouraged to complete 25/50 prior to winter break.
